This privacy policy document outlines SAAUCTIONSCARS commitment to all SAAUCTIONSCARS user's privacy.

In order to use this website, a user must first complete the registration form (FREE OF CHARGE). During registration a user is required to give their contact information (such as name, email address and contact numbers). This information is used to contact the user about the services on our site for which they have expressed interest. When the User visits our Website and accesses information the User remains anonymous. We will not provide any of the Users personal information to any other companies or individuals without the User’s permission. We collect only the information that we require in order to maintain a high level of customer service to the User.

SAAUCTIONSCARS is the sole owner of the information collected on this site. We will not sell, share, or rent this information to others in ways different from what is disclosed in this statement. We will also collect personal information once the bidder has won a bid on a vehicle to pass on to the seller of the vehicle or to a financial institution or broker if services are required.

SAAUCTIONSCARS will ONLY share information like (your name, email address, phone number, fax number email address and payment details ONLY if you successfully win a auction to the other involved party. This is not linked to any personal information that can identify any individual person. We use an outside conveyance company to do SAAUCTIONSCARS conveyance and an outside finance company to do the finances on behalf of the purchaser if required. These companies do not retain share, store or use personally identifiable information for any secondary purposes. These parties are not allowed to use personally identifiable information except for the purpose of providing these services.

SAAUCTIONSCARS offer our user’s a newsletter continuously via email. This service will be used to make announcements of importance to our users. A user may unsubscribe at their request by sending us an email or unsubscribe on the newsletter.

If a user elects to use our referral service for informing a friend about our site, SAAUCTIONSCARS will automatically send the friend a email inviting them to visit the site. We ask them for the friend's name and email address, and SAAUCTIONSCARS do not store this information.
